About the Founder and President, Kristina Blackledge, M.S.

Ms. Blackledge received her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seattle Pacific University.  The MFT program at SPU is accredited by the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy, which works toward maintaining the highest quality and ethical programs in the country. 

Ms. Blackledge currently offers life coaching services in a style that is best for the client.  She received extensive training in and enjoys utilizing Narrative theory which allows clients to tell his or her own life story.  Ms. Blackledge has specialized training and experience in child development, parenting, postpartum issues and disorders, and disabilities/special education issues. 

Ms. Blackledge has participated on the Arizona School Readiness Board and its Infant Mental Health sub-committee, the Postpartum Support International AZ Chapter, and is involved with the Raising Special Kids and MIKID (Mentally Ill Kids in Distress) organizations.  Ms. Blackledge also provides advocacy services for families and children living with special needs.  To visit the AZ Parent Advocate website click here.
