About the Founder and President, Kristina Blackledge, M.S.,MFT
Ms. Blackledge received her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from
Ms. Blackledge currently offers life coaching services in a style that is best for the client. She received extensive training in and enjoys utilizing Narrative theory which allows clients to tell his or her own life story. Ms. Blackledge has specialized training and experience in child development, parenting, postpartum issues and disorders, and disabilities/special education issues. She is currently enrolled in the Harris Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Institute as well as pursuing a post-graduate certificate in Positive Behavior Support and training to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) specializing in Autism and providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Ms. Blackledge has participated on the Arizona School Readiness Board and its Infant Mental Health sub-committee, the Arizona Early Childhood Task Force by First Things First, the Postpartum Support International AZ Chapter, and with the Raising Special Kids and MIKID (Mentally Ill Kids in Distress) organizations. Ms. Blackledge resides in Anthem, AZ with her five children who live with various disabilities as well as special talents.
