Services
Office Appointments -
This service provides in-person, face-to-face support and coaching to determine and accomplish solutions to life's "Problems" or determine and achieve a desired personal goal.
Rates: $75 per 50 minute session regardless of the number of participants (i.e. individual, couple, family, or children). Ms. Blackledge does not currently accept insurance.

What types of office visits are available?
Individual -
Working one-on-one with your therapist can help uncover deep, sensitive issues that may be acting as barriers keeping you from your goals. Individual Therapy may feel safer to the client until he or she is ready to share his or her progress with the world.
Family -
Meeting as a family with your therapist often increases the understanding of the "Problem" as each family member can share his or her interpretation of the "Problem" and his or her ideas for overcoming it.
Group -
Meeting with others who are fighting the same "Problem" increases one's insight into the "Problem" by listening and sharing experiences with the "Problem" with the guidance and direction of the therapist.
WHAT OTHER SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE?
Informative Classes -
Knowledge is power and having power over problems can be helpful when coping with life’s many challenges. Classes offer specific knowledge and techniques to small groups helping to better handle certain situations.
AZ Family Therapy Clinic offers classes and workshops on a variety of subjects and can tailor the presentation of this material to fit the needs of your audience.
Special Class:
Our Founder, Kristina Blackledge, is specifically trained in the Becoming Parents Program, developed by Dr. Pamela Jordan. Becoming Parents Program is a six-week class for expecting couples focusing on the transition into parenthood. Couples discover a better understanding of each other and develop useful skills to handle life’s most challenging, yet rewarding experience. Rates are $395 for private classes or $150 for classes up to 8 couples.

Workshops and Seminars -
Educational lectures are focused on one particular issue or topic and are offered to large groups at one time. Ms. Blackledge is offering workshops and seminars in her specialty areas (please refer to the "Specialty" page).
Rates vary. Please email if you are interested in organizing a workshop or seminar.

Support Groups -
It is comforting to hear that we are not alone in our struggle with a particular issue. Support groups offer an opportunity to listen to others who understand our situation. Groups also offer a chance to share our experience or ask questions. Support groups are not the same as group therapy. They are designed to foster helpful discussions between participants.
Special Group:
Our Founder, Kristina Blackledge, is specifically trained in the This is Not What I Expected postpartum support group curriculum, developed by the University of Washington Nursing Department and in postpartum support groups sponsored by Postpartum Support International and the PSI-Az Chapter of which Ms. Blackledge is a member. Postpartum support groups offer pregnant and new or repeat parents an opportunity to listen and share their experiences and challenges that a difficult pregnancy or birth, and emotional roller coaster that parenthoocan be. Participants learn useful information and skills and develop a new understanding of the wide spectrum of symptoms stemming from Depression, Anxiety, OCD occuring during pregnancy or postpartum.
Rates are $5 for postpartum support groups.
